An example for pricing: Our most common schedule is a 4 day Afternoon Blast schedule – 8:15am-3:15pm. To get the tuition amount for a Toddler, add ‘Basic Tuition-4 days’ of $706 and “Afternoon Blast’ $634 to get a monthly tuition of $1340.00.
EARLY LEARNING CENTER REGISTRATION FEES
Annual program registration fee: $200 ($135 enrollment/re-enrollment fee is included along with an $65 administration fee). This registration fee is non-refundable. In the event Shepherd is unable to place your child, all but a $30 administration fee would be refunded.

General Enrollment Information
Shepherd of the Hills Christian Early Learning Center offers a School-Year-Based Preschool program with before and after school care available. The youngest age we serve is 18 months, and our school year program concludes at Junior Kindergarten with a typical top age of 6. The calendar is based on a traditional 10-month school year calendar with traditional school breaks throughout the year. We also offer a separate 8-week Summer Camp Program for children18 months to Age 10.
For the 2026-27 school year, we will start school on August 11, 2026, and will finish the year on May 21, 2027. Please refer to our School Year calendar for more information on our school breaks.
Tuition for our school year program is charged based on the schedule you choose for your child. You may choose a 2-day. 3-day 4-day or 5-day schedule. Once your schedule is chosen and finalized, your tuition is calculated as an annual total for the year, and then divided equally between the 10 months of the school year. An equal (1/10th) payment is collected each month from August through May. All payments are made through Playground, our student information and billing system. For those who wish to pay tuition in full by semester or for the whole year, you are offered a 2% discount on your tuition rate.
Add-On Programs
Lunch Bunch | 11:30a-1:00p
Available for all ages, this program allows you to extend your child’s school day until 1pm. This can be a daily part of your child’s schedule and paid along with tuition or it can be used and billed on a drop-in basis. Lunch Bunch fees pre-paid with tuition is the most economical option. Parents provide a packed lunch for their child.
Afternoon Blast | 11:30a-3:15p
Available for all ages, this program allows you to extend your child’s school day until 3:15pm. Lunch Bunch is included in this program. This program is added to any number or all of your child’s regularly attended days. This program would also require a packed lunch. Afternoon Blast for Toddlers through 3’s includes a rest period. Afternoon Blast classes for Pre-K and Jr-K have a rest period along with hands-on learning experiences which enrich your child’s school day.
BASE Camp (Before & After School Enrichment) | 7:30-8:15am and 3:30-5:30pm
Available for children who require before and after school care. Mornings BASE Camp from 7:30-8:15am is on a reservation basis only and must be pre-scheduled. Afternoon BASE Camp is available on a drop in basis 3:30-5:30pm and billed on an as used basis. A healthy snack is offered when your child attends after school BASE camp.
